Bootcamp

 Our Bootcamp sessions are designed to fit around your lifestyle, with classes available throughout the day. Each session combines strength training, cardio drills, and a motivating team atmosphere to keep you energised. With our memberships, you’ll have access to dynamic workouts that help you build strength, improve endurance, and stay on track, whenever it works for you.

Strength Session

 Strength training isn’t just about lifting weights, it’s about building resilience, confidence, and a stronger version of you. Our Strength Sessions focus on mastering lifting fundamentals, improving technique, and progressively building strength in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Yoga

 Stretch, strengthen, and recharge with our Yoga classes. Perfect for all levels, these sessions combine gentle movements with strength-building poses to leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised.

Mama and Me

 Designed for mums who want to stay active while keeping their little ones close. These sessions offer a chance to move, strengthen, and recharge, giving you time for yourself while your baby stays by your side.

Prices

Silver Membership - £85.00/month

Go all in with unlimited bootcamp, strength sessions and yoga classes each week. Show up as often as you want and feel the difference.

Bronze Membership - £65.00/month

Want more flexibility? This one's for you. Use 8 bootcamp classes or strength sessions whenever it suits you throughout the month. 

New Members Trial Week - £25.00

Get started with our trial week, exclusively for new members. Includes 3 bootcamps and begins on the date of your first registration, valid for 4 days. Come and try it out, you'll love it!

 Stay active while keeping your little one close! Our Mama & Me bootcamp includes 6 sessions (1 per week), giving you the chance to work out in a supportive environment with your baby nearby. 

1-2-1 Training - £30

 Get personalised coaching with 1-2-1 sessions tailored to your goals. Every session is focused, effective, and built around your progress.
