Big News - Crouch Fitness is now an Official HYROX partner gym! That means we're bringing the ultimate fitness racing exerpeince to our community, with specialized training, exclusive events and the chance to prepare for Hyrox competitions.
Our Bootcamp memberships are designed to fit your lifestyle, with classes available throughout the week. Each session includes a mix of strength training, cardio, bike sprints, and box jumps, all in a motivating team environment. Our coaches provide guidance to help you build confidence, push your limits, and feel your best.
Strength training isn’t just about lifting weights, it’s about building resilience, confidence, and a stronger version of you. Our Strength Sessions focus on mastering lifting fundamentals, improving technique, and progressively building strength in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Stretch, strengthen, and recharge with our Yoga classes. Perfect for all levels, these sessions combine gentle movements with strength-building poses to leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised.
Designed for mums who want to stay active while keeping their little ones close. These sessions offer a chance to move, strengthen, and recharge, giving you time for yourself while your baby stays by your side.

Nina, the founder of Crouch Fitness, is a Level 3 Gym Instructor & Level 4 Personal Trainer dedicated to empowering women through fitness. With a background in mental health, well-being, and supporting survivors of sexual violence, she has created a space where every woman feels seen, heard, and supported.
For Nina, training is about more than just exercise, it’s about confidence, strength, and belonging.
We’ve got an exciting calendar of events ahead, offering the perfect mix of movement, connection, and celebration. Whether you're up for a scenic walk, a wellness evening, or a night of dancing, there’s something for everyone. These events are a chance to challenge yourself, unwind, and enjoy time with like-minded women in a supportive and uplifting environment.
