At Crouch Fitness, we offer more than workouts. We provide a safe, supportive space where women of all fitness levels can thrive. From bootcamps and strength training to yoga and Mama & Me sessions, we help you move in a way that feels good for you.
And we love a challenge! Our community has tackled the Doncaster 10K, Leeds 10K, Total Warrior events, and a 13-mile walk, and we’re always looking for the next adventure.

Nina is a Level 3 Gym Instructor and Level 4 Personal Trainer with a passion for empowering women through movement. As a mum of three energetic boys, Harvey, Henry, and George—she knows what it’s like to juggle life and fitness.
She started Crouch Fitness during her pregnancy with George, determined to create a gym that puts women first. With a background in mental health, well-being, and supporting survivors of sexual violence, she’s built more than a gym, it’s a space where every woman feels seen, heard, and supported.
For Nina, training isn’t just about exercise, it’s about showing up, finding your strength, and knowing you’re never alone.
Loves: Food, dancing, spending time with family & friends.
Hates: Unkind people, gravy, not getting enough sleep.
Loves: Dogs, food, the outdoors.
Hates: Early mornings, mushrooms, alcohol.
Loves: Music, spending time with family & friends, gin.

Go all in with unlimited bootcamp, strength sessions and yoga classes each week. Show up as often as you want and feel the difference.
Want more flexibility? This one's for you. Use 8 bootcamp classes or strength sessions whenever it suits you throughout the month.
Get started with our trial week, exclusively for new members. Includes 3 bootcamps and begins on the date of your first registration, valid for 4 days. Come and try it out—you'll love it!
Stay active while keeping your little one close! Our Mama & Me bootcamp includes 6 sessions (1 per week), giving you the chance to work out in a supportive environment with your baby nearby.
Get personalised coaching with 1-2-1 sessions tailored to your goals. Every session is focused, effective, and built around your progress.
Train with a partner and push each other further in our 2-1-1 sessions. Enjoy personalised coaching with the motivation of a teammate.
